La extraña y sentimental «Todo a la vez en todas partes» lideró el martes las películas nominadas a la 95ª edición de los Oscar, con 11 candidaturas. «Sin novedad en el frente occidental» y «Las banshees de Inisherin» le siguieron con nueve nominaciones cada una.
Los éxitos de taquilla «Top Gun: Maverick» y «Avatar: la forma del agua» obtuvieron sendas nominaciones a la mejor película, y entre los nominados hay muchas estrellas. Tanto Rihanna como Lady Gaga están nominadas en la categoría de canción original (por temas de «Black Panther: Wakanda Forever» y «Top Gun: Maverick«, respectivamente), así como veteranos de la industria.
Entre esos actores se encuentran Angela Bassett, nominada en la categoría de mejor actriz de reparto por su papel en «Black Panther: Wakanda para siempre»; Jamie Lee Curtis en la misma categoría por «Everything Everywhere All at Once»; Judd Hirsch en «The Fabelmans», nominado a mejor actor de reparto; Colin Farrell en «The Banshees of Inisherin», y Brendan Fraser en «The Whale», nominados a mejor actor; y en la categoría de mejor actriz Cate Blanchett por «Tár», Michelle Williams en «The Fabelmans» y Michelle Yeoh en «Everything Everywhere All at Once».
Allison Williams, protagonista más reciente del éxito de terror «M3GAN», y Riz Ahmed, que recibió un Oscar el año pasado por su papel en el cortometraje «The Long Goodbye», anunciaron las nominaciones.
